Chaps IT Recycling Ltd are an ITAD (IT Asset Disposal) and secure data destruction provider for complete end-to-life asset management solutions.

Dom, Managing Director, approached Segura with the ambition to drive efficiency within the daily operations of the business, and improve visibility of collections and assets for not just his team, but also his customers, to provide them with a live view of their on-going and completed asset disposal projects, and enable historical access to all previous collections and their associated compliance reporting.

We worked with the team at Chaps IT to identify their needs and requirements, and to understand their existing processes. We then designed and developed a bespoke web app solution to meet and exceed their needs and requirements, providing them with a solution that is easy to use, and provides them with the tools they need to manage their business. We also implemented a new customer portal, directly integrated with the web app, to provide their customers live access to upcoming, in-progress and completed collections, and their associated compliance reporting.

We also provided training and support to the team at Chaps IT, to ensure that they were able to use the new system effectively and efficiently.

Following development, we have continued to provide on-going development and maintenance for the web app to further expand its capabilities, and to ensure that it continues to meet the growing needs of the business and their customers.
