Records are tagged by a suitable identifier such as the file name and delivered to you at job end by digital methods such as secure email or drop box, or by USB flash drives or hard drives (based on the volume of records).

We remove all staples and paper clips, simply pack your files up for secure collection, and our team carry out the rest. All our staff are trained on document confidentiality, security and accuracy, providing a high level of service for you and your company.

1. A SteelScan engineer will provide you with an estimate based on the number of files, and their condition grade.
2. We will collect your files and transport them to our site to be scanned, storing them securely until the job has been completed.
3. The files are scanned, optimised, made searchable, and tagged for easy reference. After this step, the files can be securely shredded, or returned.
4. The digital files are prepared and sent to you by your chosen method.
5. We only invoice for what you need. We bill based on individual file/box grade, and the number of scanned impressions per file (a double sided page counts two impressions). You receive a full report of the files digitised and the counts and grades.
