Dunesforde Vineyard, based in the Vale of York, is a four-acre, boutique vineyard established by the Townsend family, producing fruit of the highest quality to make distinctive, characterful English wines in one of the most northerly vineyards in the UK.

As the vineyard grew, so did the need for a more robust, scalable and cost-efficient IT solution. The team at Dunesforde Vineyard were using Google Workspace for their email and document management, but as the business expanded, they found it increasingly difficult to manage their data and communications effectively, and to stay on top of ever changing, and quite limiting, licensing requirements and costs.

We were engaged to support the transition from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, ensuring a seamless migration of existing data, and supporting planning, licensing, transition and deployment.

We worked closely with the Dunesforde team to understand their needs and requirements, and to ensure that the transition was as smooth as possible. We provided training and support throughout the process, ensuring that the team were comfortable with the new system and able to make the most of its features. We also supported on-site deployment of their new included Microsoft 365 software packages.
